Key West is truly one of the most special, charming locations to have a wedding in the United States. From the romantic sunsets to the rich history felt throughout the city, you and your groom are sure to feel sheer bliss on your Key West wedding day. This inspirational style shoot from our latest South Florida issue of Enchanted Brides is rich with elegance and modern beauty. The fabulous shoot took place at Mangoes Key West Island Cuisine & Special Events, one of the most iconic restaurants in Key West. This venue located on Duval Street is fun, unique, and innovative. It serves as the perfect backdrop for a Key West wedding celebration.

When you have an indoor venue, the design opportunities are endless. You don’t have to worry about weather and unforeseen outdoor complications.  We love balloons. They are happy, fun, whimsical and classy. We wanted to combine modern and traditional. We used cool colors with the balloons, linen and furniture. We incorporated straight lines with square chargers and traditional elements with vintage champagne goblets, hydrangea and bells of Ireland. This venue can definitely accommodate a ceremony and reception setup for an intimate group of people. The windows and deck overlooking the nostalgic Duval Street in historic Key West says unique like no other. The design is fashion forward with a twist of young contemporary.

The floral design for this shoot was fresh and elegant. Large vases of Bells of Ireland were used to line the aisles with floating candles. Green hydrangea were incorporated into the design with the color palette of platinum, silver, and white. This styling brings to light the young fresh monochrome design. The color palette of grays, platinum, purples, and greens created a contemporary table scape. The ceiling of balloons over the table was a focal point. Details such as sterling roses, green trick, green hydrangea, hanging glass bubbles, and votive candle holders give an airy, whimsical yet fun and elegant style to the overall look of the table decor.
