April 6th could have been another simple day for anyone else; for Taylor and Raymond, it was the beginning of the rest of their lives. The couple was surrounded by the natural, enchanting beauty of Key West with turquoise waters and golden sunshine as they said, “I do,” beside the ones who mean the most to them. It was a magical celebration that they shared with their beloved friends and family members. Taylor and Raymond’s wedding was truly the best day ever.
The welcome reception for guests took place on the Fury Catamaran the night before the wedding, where guests were able to mingle with one another and congratulate the bride and groom. This was the perfect pre-celebration for the beautiful ceremony and fabulous reception to come. The couple’s guests loved relaxing before the wedding festivities and enjoying the iconic Key West sunset together as they celebrated the love that Taylor and Raymond share.
The ambiance at the Ocean Key Resort in Key West was enchanting for an early April sunset ceremony. Romantic, soft tones of pale pink, white, greenery, brass and gold created a rustic chic aesthetic. The crystal glassware and jeweled chandelier beautifully offset the dark-wooden tables adorned with votives woven among the greenery. The bride described, “Everything was so elegant and magical.” They were so grateful to have Simply You Weddings as the incredible wedding planner, who brought their elegant wedding vision to life as well as Milan Event Floral & Decor, who designed the perfect bouquets and floral arrangements to capture the essence of the romantic wedding day.

Prior to the ceremony, the first look between the bride and groom took place. It was just as intimate a moment as was the proposal between Taylor and Raymond. The groom shared with Taylor a letter he had written. “All nerves and stress were gone once we laid eyes on one another,” said the bride. “We will never forget that moment or those feelings. Best day ever!”
