The overall inspiration for this stunning style shoot was modern minimalism. From photographer, Abigail Volkmann Photography, “We feel like minimalism is not a style choice typically seen in wedding styles. We wanted to show couples that minimalism can still be elegant and beautiful for a wedding.” Each detail from the design worked cohesively to perfect the theme. Also, the fashion seen on the bride featured a bridal pantsuit with a skirt overlay created by Nashville’s Olia Zavozina paired with minimal, dainty jewelry to tie the theme together. The paper products incorporated transparent paper and copper wire, which looked beautiful paired with the geometric elements seen throughout the hanging installations and table design. 21C Nashville and Abigail Volkmann Photography chose greenery as the main floral element. “We thought greenery as the most basic floral element and instead of using greenery as a “filler,” why not make it the star of the show?”
