Mother’s Day is just around the corner and we can’t think of a better way to celebrate our moms than at a beautiful luncheon at the one-and-only Rippavilla Plantation. The Mother’s Day Luncheon will be May 14th with seatings at 11:00 and 1:00. The luncheon will be served buffet style and parties will be seated family style. You will leave Rippavilla Plantation with new friends this Mother’s Day!
Guests will dine in the original dining room, the front parlor, and the sunroom. In the original dining room, Confederate Generals gathered the morning of November 30, 1864, for a Council or War breakfast. Rippavilla Plantation is an incredible place full of important, rich history. The sunroom, a 1920’s addition, was featured in the June 1997 issue of Victoria Magazine, and is truly stunning.
The Mother’s Day Luncheon menu includes pork loin, creamy chicken casserole, corn casserole, green peans with new potatoes, baked apples, grape salad, and warm rolls. For dessert, Rippavilla Plantation will be serving chocolate bread pudding and cheesecake with strawberry topping!
Tickets to the Mother’s Day Luncheon are $35 per person. Reservations are required as seating is limited, so make sure to reserve your family’s spots by Tuesday, May 8th by contacting the Rippavilla Gift Shop at 931.486.9037. Proceeds from the luncheon will go toward the preservation of the incredible Rippavilla Plantation. We know the moms in your lives will absolutely love this wonderful luncheon celebrating all that they do! We wish you a happy Mother’s Day!
