Hunter and Brittnee got married at his family’s farm in Watertown, Tennessee, where they also got engaged. The couple had carved their initials in a tree up the mountain. Later Hunter proposed by asking Britnee if she would like to change her last initial from an S to an R. On their wedding day, they had their first look, captured by Jay Farrell Photography, by the same tree with their initials carved in it.
Surrounded with hundreds of acres of beautiful outdoors this was the perfect country wedding for the couple. In addition to the gorgeous rolling acres, pond, and private roadway there is a large barn, cabin, and newly built bathroom on the property. Having their wedding on the farm meant a lot to the couple because they spend a lot of time hanging out with their families there.
The day was filled with laughter, special moments, and many family and friends. The couple even included their dog, Humphrey, in the day’s celebrations. Half blue heeler and half bassett hound, Humphrey was there for them all day. With so many friends and family to choose from, they decided not to have any bridesmaids or groomsmen.
After the ceremony the couple snuck away to have a cat tail war! With the gorgeous sun setting behind them it made for perfect pictures. The couple then went back to the barn where they laughed and danced with all of their friends. The day ended with a perfect sparkler exit.
