Having been raised on a pig farm in Iowa, Matthew was “more likely to pick corn than pick fine Italian silk to create couture gowns.” But his love for fashion led him through his childhood into what is now his very successful and highly acclaimed bridal gown label, Matthew Christopher, Inc.
Matthew’s gowns are made to fit all sizes (from 00-24) and are silhouetted to be flattering from every angle. He is a designer that believes every bride, of every size, should look and feel beautiful on their special day!
He also loves staying connected with his brides, which you don’t see often in such a high-end industry, and travels lengthy amounts of miles to trunk shows every year to reach out personally.
Matthew loves being part of the creation process for the “big day” and enjoys being able to make the bride feel as beautiful and as special as possible.
