Planning a gorgeous, luxurious wedding is a special experience for wedding planners and vendors. With extra attention to detail and very careful logistics planning, a breathtaking wedding can come to life, like the wedding of Michael and Tatiana Vera. We recently spoke with Jessica Estrada, owner of Jessica’s Events, and designer and planner of Michael and Tatiana’s wedding experience, to gain some insight on the preparation and execution of such a luxe dream wedding.
When planning luxurious weddings, a key element to consider is proper logistics planning. One must carefully question all areas of a space and conduct numerous site-venue inspections with all vendors involved to be able to execute such a gorgeous production.
When selecting the proper venue for a couple, Jessica’s Events first discusses budget. Michael and Tatiana instantly fell in love with the beautiful Westin Colonnade the first time they experienced it. Jessica’s Events and Michael and Tatiana knew this venue was the perfect fit to set the style of their wedding concept.
Jessica mentions that the key to planning a gorgeous, lavish wedding is to work with professionals that understand the couples’ vision and can bring this to reality, and WOW them as they enter the room. “I feel that professional luxe wedding vendors are the ones behind the magic.”
The details surrounding Michael and Tatiana’s stunning wedding were truly special. To Jessica, there were several key elements that stood out and remain WOW factors in this production, like the breathtaking floral wall in the entrance of the venue created by Petal Productions and the over-the-top production from Event Factor, including a custom stage and an amazing lazer show.
Many of Jessica’s Events’ clients refer to Jessica as a genuine friend. Jessica understands her clients’ needs and wants, and her goal as a planner is to focus on them and make sure they are getting the customer service they deserve from Jessica’s Events and from the vendors involved.
Michael and Tatiana’s wedding has been Jessica’s Events’ biggest production to date. Jessica grew such a strong connection with Michael and Tatiana as she and her team worked very closely with them to really get to know them as a couple. “You just have couples that touch your soul and they were just that to me…it’s clients like these two that truly make my job so enjoyable and rewarding.”
With such a strong focus on details and logistics, Jessica’s Events created the ultimate, dream wedding for a wonderful couple. Michael and Tatiana’s wedding was a stunning, luxe production that Jessica’s Events could never forget.
