Patriotic Design With a Modern Twist

LWH5

Patriotism is a pinnacle in the United States culture that is expressed with the colors red, white, and blue. The Truman Little White House in Key West was the perfect venue for this patriotic, chic style shoot with the history that has left its mark there. The venue’s transformable ability allows for the chicest events.

The design concept is a combination of rustic elements and modern florals. The natural organic look translates beautifully into the floral arrangements. Accents of gold candle holders and gold charger plates soften the look while the adventurous color palette creates a modern edge.

The flowers are red eye garden roses, green trick dianthus, green ranunculus, upright red amaranthus, seeded eucalyptus, and red roses. The color palette has tones of deep reds and green.

The unique paper products are a custom design printed on hand-dyed cotton card stock with hand-dyed ribbon. The two tier, lightly frosted naked cake is red velvet with a cream cheese filling. The color palette of red and white ties in with the overall decor of the event.
