Annie and Daniel’s sweet Florida love story began 7 years ago while she was a senior in high school and he was in his first year of college. They were introduced by Annie’s cousin who happened to be dating one of Daniel’s friends at the time! Even though Daniel was shy at first, he swept Annie away by spontaneously kissing her after a double date with her cousin and Daniel’s friend. It was love at first sight for Daniel, and Annie was hooked after seeing this new side of him. After their first trip alone, Annie realized she wanted to spend the rest of her life with Daniel due to his caring, selfless, patient, and determined personality. Daniel knew he was in love with Annie from the beginning, and was willing to wait for Annie to feel the same way. These two are a true testimony of patience and love!
Daniel got down on one knee at the gorgeous Vizcaya Museum and Gardens in Miami while Annie was facing the opposite direction. When she turned around, she was completely shocked to see Daniel proposing to her! The engagement was a true surprise for Annie.
Annie and Daniel decided to do the first look before the ceremony. They were so excited to see each other dressed for the first time. Even though several guests were watching during their private moment, all they could focus on was each other.
“Thoughts of getting married and being one of the luckiest girls came rushing through my head.”
“I told her that she was the most beautiful bride I have ever seen, and just that I loved her so much and couldn’t wait to go to the church and say our I Do’s.”
The beautiful Florida Wedding took place at St. Hugh Catholic church with an arrangement on both sides of the altar that introduced the pearl, crystal, and lace decor of the reception. The florals were white with a hint of green in lace-wrapped vases with crystals and draping pearls. The romantic Reception took place at The Westin Colonnade in the Rotunda Ballroom. Amber lighting, pearls, and crystals surrounded the venue. The color scheme of the florals were rose and ivory with touches of green on top of gold candelabras with draping pearls and crystals. The chairs were dressed in chiffon and wrapped in pearls. The beautiful fountain was dressed in pearls and crystals as well! It doesn’t get much more elegant than Annie and Daniel’s stunning wedding!
Annie and Daniel had a perfect and beautiful day celebrating their love with family and friends, and they wished it would never end!
