How did you and Allen meet?
Allen and I met 12-13 years ago through a mutual friend. We remained friends and have since been together going on 8 strong years!
Did you have any plans set about a honeymoon before entering the contest?
Yes, loosely! We did not have a solid date but we planned to have a “Weddingmoon” in Belize (so this is perfectly fitting) in a boutique resort with planned activities!
What was your reaction when you heard that you won the Costa Rica Honeymoon Giveaway at Los Altos de Eros?
Well I was at work, I had a mini freak out at my desk (quietly) and just about passed out with excitement! Barely carried on with the work I was in the midst of doing and called Gipsy! I then got in touch with Allen and a few friends and told all my coworkers! Just utter shock and excitement, really. Is this real life?
What was Allen’s reaction when he heard you were the winner?
Allen was shocked and in disbelief.
This is truly incredible and so surreal! We are beyond ecstatic!
How did you and Chris meet?
Chris and I met through common friends at family and friend dinner night. We both, for some reason or another, ignored the obvious attraction seen by our friends for over a year. Thanksgiving of 2011 our friends had had enough and told us, point blank, we were stupid for not dating. That night we had our first kiss and we’ve been together ever since.
