The internet was all a flurry Sunday when Solange Knowles’ wedding photos hit the web revealing an absolutely stunning white affair. A whole weekend of celebratory fun took place in New Orleans this weekend with her wedding to video director Alan Ferguson commencing on Sunday. Solange shared that everyone who worked with her on the wedding were friends whom she loved. “Everything was a labor of love”.
Her dress was by Humberto Leon for Kenzo, a close friend of the bride. I absolutely love the simplicity of this gown that makes it absolutely stunning. That attached cape is to die for. She looks like a dream. And I love those bold gold bangles and her natural hair. Solange’s wedding style is a on point for the modern bride.
I love all the sweet wedding details Solange included. They arrived on a bicycle decorated with cream roses and walked down the aisle to one of the couple’s favorite songs. When Solange pedaled up on the bike, she was wearing a fierce ivory jumpsuit by Stéphane Rolland. What a great idea!
It was a sweet family affair (Beyonce, Jay-Z, and Blue Ivy were in attendance!) as everyone looked like a snowy dream in white. Congratulations to the happy couple!
