A Pop of Spring

Lilac 2

One of the most beautiful times in Middle Tennessee is when Spring finally stretches out its limbs and shakes off the freeze from wintertime. It is a time of green grass, blossoming flowers, and warm kisses from the sun. So it should come as no surprise that Spring in Nashville is one of the most popular times for weddings.

There are plenty of different ways to incorporate the new season into your wedding if you choose to say “I Do” amongst the blossoms. Of course, enlisting the help of a wedding planner sure eases the stresses of finding exactly what you want for your big day. Laurie Hardman of Laurie DeAnne Events loved getting to use her expert planning skills to plan a beautiful spring wedding at Lilac Farms that incorporated all sorts of delightful details.

From dangling glass balls of yellow flowers to ghost chairs lining the milk washed farm tables, every element was a breath of fresh spring air. When planning a timeless spring wedding, it is important to start with the style of the bride and groom and then focus on the backdrop. Outdoor weddings in the South during the Spring are almost always a breathtaking event, so cater it to your own personal style!
