I think it is safe to say many of us always love a glimpse into a celebrity wedding, and Jessica Simpson’s long awaited nuptials are just my cup of Monday tea. The couple, who met back in May of 2010, have been dreaming of this day for years. Of course Jessica, born and raised in Texas, is a southern girl at heart and had every detail down to a Sweet “T”.
The couple married on July 5 in front of 275 guests at the San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito, California. I love that the couple chose to host a fun and festive July 4th bash the night before to make sure their guests had a fun-filled weekend and did not miss out on any traditional American fun.
The bride wore a custom made Carolina Herrara gown and kept her hair simple by pulling half of it back. The reception was draped in white while white, pink, purple flowers surrounded by greenery decorated the reception tables. Covered in lace, each guest table boasted a gold charger with the cutest menu cards outlining the delicious meal to come. It was the most enchanting garden setting to celebrate.
Jessica and Eric’s wedding was the perfect romantic occasion that celebrated family above all else. A true Southern occasion for the books. Congrats to Mr. and Mrs. !
