Who Wore It Better?

In a world filled with amazing designers and incredible fashion, it is hard not to want every beautiful piece you set your eyes on. And as women, we tend to find ourselves overlapping in our tastes and design aesthetics. Enter the fashion world’s favorite pastime- Who Wore It Better?

One of our favorite wedding gown designers, Ines di Santo, is recognized as a leading designer of evening and bridal couture. Born in Italy, Ms. di Santo traveled all over Europe and South America soaking in all the culture and knowledge she could. Her love of glamour and high fashion inspires collections of sophisticated, vibrant femininity and are marked by superb fit, originality, and inimitable construction.  A signature touch of unrestrained luxury reflects her Italian and Spanish heritage.  Despite leading an ever-expanding international business, Ines personally overseas the production of every gown, ensuring the highest standard of quality. These gowns are manufactured in Canada, at her atelier in Toronto.

Most recently, Grammy-award winning singer Estelle and actor Jennifer Westfield were caught wearing the same Ines di Santo couture gown.

First of all, this wedding gown is exquisite. I absolutely love that illusion of a deep-v! But I also love this gown done in the emerald color with hints of black lace and tulle. Talk about glamorous! Personally, I think both women are rocking this look. Both are letting the gown be the focal point as their hair is both simply blown out and down and their jewelry is minimal. They both accessorize with a cute, yet simple, black clutch and both women wore very elegant strappy sandals to pull it all together. However, I do like the fit better on Jennifer’s than Estelle’s. But well job to both! Ines is clearly a classic.
