A particularly meaningful part of their wed- ding, though, was the fact that although Rob grew up in Richmond, Virginia, his grandmother was from Maryville, and his grandparents were married there fifty years prior to their wedding (June 10, 1949). It was special for Elizabeth and Rob to think that even though it is Elizabeth's hometown, Maryville was also a special place for them to marry because of Rob's familial ties to it. |
