At New York Market this spring Badgley Mischka turn the clock back to the days of Hollywood glamour. The gowns were of soft and chic fabrics with movement that dazzle the audience. The details in the beadwork was exquisite and elegant.
The Blush Collection favors gowns that have a soft, flowy essence, creating an illusion of quiet glamour more in touch with nature. Designer, Francesca Pitera describes the collection as having a sensual, fashion forward quality. This gives the bride a unique sense of presence. “It's a look not currently addressed in the market place.”
Christos lavished the runway with floral embellished bodice, chiffon flower belts, hand knotted skirts, silk taffeta, organza, chantilly lace and more.

Priscilla of Boston’s Collection at New York Market brought us gowns with floral treatments and textures that bloom throughout the gowns. There were elaborate corsage accents to an all-over embroidered and cutout floral organza ball gown, chic bows and sashes and hand-appliquéd lace adornments. There was a design for every bride.
Rivini’s Fall 2010 sees an update on today’s modern classic. Frothy, airy textures, swirls and ripples with layers of jewels create a romantic and dreamlike mood. Modern ball gowns, sweeping circular skirts and modified flares or trumpet skirts are paired with elongated bodices.
