You just got engaged! You found the perfect venue. You set your wedding date. You and your planner are working on all the beautiful details for your wedding. But what about letting your guests know the date and location? Do you have out of state and out of the country guests? How will you let them know to hold your wedding date? It’s very easy. First, start with the Save the Date as a teaser to the upcoming event, and follow it with an invitation that gives everyone a window to the style and attire of your day of celebrating the union between you and your fiancé.
This past year, Invitations by Leston had the pleasure of working with a lovely couple, Dineya Naranjo and Ricardo Carrera, on their fall wedding invitations and paper products. Denier and Ricardo chose an invitation that was on white shimmer paper with a beautiful embossed design. It was very appropriate since the ceremony was in a church, and the reception in the Rotunda at the Westin Colonnade. The Rotunda has a great deal of white tones and the overall style of the room is a combination of classic and modern. In general, the invitation reflected the couple’s decor style of clean, crisp, bright, and chic.
When selecting an invitation, Dineya chose an invitation that was formal, classic, and elegant. Dineya tells us, “Miami is a city with elegant wedding venues of various architectural designs. In designing our wedding invitation we took into account the architecture of the venue and selected traditional and elegant color tones. The graphical design on the top of our wedding invitation complemented the neoclassical architecture of the Westin Colonnade, whereas, the pearl ivory and silver color symbolized the purity and unity of our traditional ceremony.” Dineya decided on a color palette that would compliment all of their paper products.
When asked about her experience with Invitations by Leston, Dineya replied, “Ricardo and my experience working with Invitations by Leston exceeded all of our expectations. Ernesto’s professionalism, attention to detail and superb craftsmanship is surpassed only by his genuinely caring and loving personality. From the moment I walked into Invitations by Leston, Ernesto made me feel like I was a part of his family. During my initial visit Ernesto took the time to discuss the style and theme of my wedding and provided a variety of high end designs and top quality paper products from which to select. Ernesto is an artist, whose exquisite and unique work speaks for itself. I can truly say that my wedding would not have been as beautiful if it weren’t for Invitations by Leston. I highly recommend Invitations by Leston to everyone.”
