When it comes to holiday decorating, you can’t go wrong with the classics. Get in the holiday spirit this year by incorporating red and ivory into your holiday decorations and serving some classic holiday drinks and desserts. Pick up some beautiful poinsettias to take to Christmas dinner at your friends house. Get some burgundy ribbon to decorate your mailbox or front door with. Lay out some holly and pinecones on your mom’s dinner table. Sit by a fire in the living room and look back at all of the holiday memories you have.

Remember this time only comes around once a year, so go big with your celebrations. Eat plenty of cookies and drink all the eggnog you want. Take part in as many holiday traditions you can, and if this is your first Christmas as a married couple make traditions for your new family!
