Bride Kylie Michelle Wagenet and groom Stanislav Aleksandrovich Scherbakov met as classmates in business school. Many dates, many years, and a proposal in the ocean in Key West later, the couple was engaged and planning the amazing wedding of their dreams.
The day of the wedding turned out to be a sunny South Florida day. Before the ceremony the groomsmen got ready at the Marenas Beach Resort and the bridal party got ready at a private condo where the bride’s family was staying. They tied the knot on February 27 at the Ancient Spanish Monastery in North Miami Beach, Florida. The venue paired with purple, gold, mahogany and white colors added a special charm and tradition to their big day.
After spending eight and a half years together the excitement and joy of their wedding was exactly what they wanted. One special moment for the couple that they will always cherish was having the groom’s grandfather at the ceremony. He flew in from the Crimea region of Ukraine to be with the couple and help them celebrate their love for each other.
“We truly enjoyed working with Michelle from Simply Chic Photography. She was professional and kind, and worked with us to get the shots we wanted of the wedding ceremony and reception. We are thrilled with the photos and the memories she’s helped us to preserve!” – Kylie Michelle Wagenet
