Despite having a lot of mutual friends, Lindsey Sinclair didnt meet Cory White until she was finishing grad school in Tuscaloosa, Alabama at a local hangout that Cory owned! It mustve been fate that we met when we did; weve been inseparable ever since, says Lindsey.

A few years later, Cory proposed in a low-key but unexpected fashion. Lindsey was waiting for it to happen so Cory didnt want to plan anything to tip off the bride. When Lindsey came home from work, she called for their dog, Snoopy. When he didnt come, and hes usually always at the door to greet me I walked to our bedroom. Cory was down on one knee with Snoopy. Together they proposed!she says.

The couple planned an intimate wedding at the Ocean Key Resort & Spa. They opted for a simple décor scheme to accent the ocean views and gorgeous surrounding areas. The event was mostly white with hints of tans, greens, pinks and silver in the flowers. There was a long white runner, white chairs, and white pedestals. Flowers lined the aisle and there were large floral arrangements on the pedestals.”

Cocktails and the reception took place on the sunset pier, tented with perimeter lighting.  The tables were set with silver flatware, white linens and napkins, and nautical-inspired menus and place cards. They enjoyed a tropical dessert, perfectly befitting the wedding locale. Our cake was very unique. It was a Pina Colada and Key Lime cake with buttercream frosting. It tasted amazing!

Lindsey and Cory lucked out with perfect weather. It was beautiful! The temperature was perfect for a Key West Wedding. Guests got to be onlookers for an annual boat light show taking place simultaneously as the reception. We were so honored to have so many people attend. This was a destination wedding and 50 people came from across the United States to celebrate.
