delicious6

We love the beautiful and delicious wedding foods created by talented South Florida catering companies, like Delicious Catering Services. We recently spoke with Chef Christopher Bulgarin from Delicious Catering Services about fabulous ideas for a spring/summer wedding in beautiful Miami, Florida!

Chef Christopher Bulgarin has always been a big fan of fresh organic foods, and believes that these types of foods will continue to be popular for Miami weddings for years to come. He mentions that many Miami couples are getting even more educated on foods, and asking for angus prime cuts of beef, wild line caught fish, and wild shrimp. Couples are also requesting modern, fun preparations, like hibachi stations, ramen noodle bars, and Korean barbecue.

Chef Chris Bulgarin believes that it is best to enjoy local foods during spring and summer time in Miami. Great salad greens grow during this time, like local squash and avocados. This is also Florida’s strawberry season. “Spring should be light, fresh, local food.” The local abundance of fresh food and fresh seafood can create an unforgettable, fresh wedding meal that your guests will love. Popular serving styles for South Florida weddings this season include the interactive hibachi grills, ramen noodle bars, sous vide stations, and family style serving.
