Bride & Groom Chairs

How to make the bride and grooms chair during the reception stand out: If you are doing one long table consider using a banquette for the bride and groom to sit on, Incorporate metallic gold or silver chairs, Consider using a different style of chair from what guests are sitting on, Incorporate ghost chairs, Incorporate antique furniture.

Laura Wall from Southern Events filled us in on some trends in the wedding world!

In regards to special seating just for the bride and groom, they offer complimentary vintage chairs in a wide range of colors and styles. Laura says that loveseats have become a popular choice amongst couples! They will be adding more special seating in the coming months due to the immense popularity. When it comes to choosing seating for the head table, Lisa suggests upgrading the chair style to that of the cross-back or chiavari chair. Clients of Southern Events have even been choosing to pair vienna leather couches with farm tables to create a dramatic look. Opting for a table different from the others allows the head table to stand out, and create a special unique feel for the couple. She also said that couples can coordinate with their planner or florist to add greenery and flowers to the back of their chairs. Be Bold…Be Beautiful!
