Drakewood Farm is the perfect setting for an outdoor elegant farm wedding. The 1850 Antebellum mansion with acres of rolling hills and original barns provides an unique and fresh setting for a wedding in the heart of the South. The color palette of this style shoot was cream, ivory, and gold accented with a deep cranberry red. For flowers, we used lush white hydrangea, cream garden roses, white amaryllis accented with the deep cranberry dahlias, pink mink protea, burgundy astute for a touch of feather into the bouquet with hanging pepper berry, plum ranunculus and burgundy garden roses all with seeded eucalyptus greens. The concept behind the florals was Great Gatsby glam and elegance with a slight touch of rustic.
