Flower Child

With fall just around the corner (looking at you September 21), we all hold on to the last sweet days of summer. And although I am all for Pumpkin flavored everything, wooly socks in tall boots, and getting together with friends and family to cheer on your football team, I am always a bit sad to say goodbye to summer. With that in mind, today’s Photo Find Friday brings us some last minute summer burst of color through my latest favorite trend, #FloralCrowns! Although some of you may think that Floral Crowns are reserved strictly for the Bohemian Bride, let these Instagram examples show that whether big or small, boho or chic, floral crowns are a fun way to dress up your look on your wedding day. Happy Friday Brides!

When it comes to having a Floral Crown, you can pick and choose the size of your flowers, the colors, and the amount of greenery to produce any type of look. I love the bride to the left has a very “preppy” floral crown with pops of red and pink mini roses and the Bride by the lake kept things natural with some Baby’s Breath.

As these three Brides show, any type of dress works with a Floral Crown too! Ms. Ashley Tisdale kept things very classic in her lace Monique Lhuillier gown and had a gorgeous halo of Baby’s Breath surround her head. I also love how the Bride to the left chose to match her burgundy lips with a flower in her crown. And this final bride’s braided updo mixed perfectly with her green and white crown and the backdrop of Colorado. Now see you Monday, I gotta go find me a floral crown!

cheers
